After escaping from her prison in a bloody rampage, murderous diclonious Lucy is shot in the head. She survives, but suffers brain damage, causing her to become harmless and baby-ish. Two university students find her and decide to take care of her, naming her "Nyu". If you want to watch a show that's openly misandric then I think you'd enjoy this one. It's really quite sad since the show features some of the best animation and music I've seen in an anime in recent memory.
